A major tourism and destination development project in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Commercial Subject Matter Expert to support destination development and commercial asset management activities.
The ideal candidate will have more than 15 years of professional experience in commercial asset management, destination development, hospitality, tourism or mixed-use real estate.
The role requires strong expertise in commercial strategy, asset monetization, revenue optimization, investment feasibility and financial returns. Candidates with experience in large-scale tourism destinations, resorts and master-planned developments are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Support commercial strategy development and implementation.
- Contribute to commercial asset management and asset monetization initiatives.
- Support destination development and commercialization strategies.
- Identify opportunities to optimize revenue and improve asset performance.
- Evaluate investment feasibility and financial returns.
- Support commercial planning for hospitality, leisure and mixed-use developments.
- Develop and support strategic partnerships.
- Contribute to commercial business model development.
- Provide commercial expertise for tourism and destination development projects.
Experience:
- Minimum 15+ years of professional experience.
- Background in one or more of the following:
