Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead post‑contract construction projects from groundbreaking to handover. This on‑site role requires 10+ years of construction project management experience delivering complex commercial real estate developments. Aramco projects experience is preferred.

• Manage construction phase execution for projects valued $10M-$20M+
• Provide daily on‑site presence ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and trades through construction completion
• Monitor construction progress against approved drawings and specifications
• Manage construction budgets, change orders, and cost control processes
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews
• Chair weekly construction meetings with all project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permit requirements
• Manage project closeout including testing, commissioning, and client handover
• Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reporting

• 10+ years construction project management experience in commercial real estate
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
• Proven track record managing construction projects $10M+ to successful completion
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety protocols
• Experience with construction contracts, change order management, and claims resolution
• Proficiency in MS Suite and project management software
• Excellent communication skills for contractor and client interface
• Ability to work full‑time on construction sites
