MADI International is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Saudi Customer Service Officer to join our team in Khobar
. If you're a Saudi National with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service, we want to hear from you!
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and Whats App.
- Provide product information, order updates, and support with returns or complaints.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt, polite, and professional service.
- Update customer records and service logs accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
. - Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
