Civil Architect Inspector – Construction Supervision

Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail‑oriented Civil Architect Inspector to oversee site activities and ensure architectural works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves close coordination with contractors, consultants, and project teams to maintain design integrity and construction compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Construction supervision – monitor architectural works on‑site for compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and report any deviations or non‑conformities.
- Ensure timely execution of works in line with project schedule and safety standards.
- Quality assurance – verify materials, finishes, and workmanship meet required standards.
- Review and approve architectural mock‑ups and samples.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, approvals, and site observations.
- Coordination & communication – liaise with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve site issues; attend site meetings and provide technical input on architectural matters; coordinate with design teams to address discrepancies or design changes.
- Documentation & reporting – prepare daily and weekly site reports; track progress and highlight potential delays or risks; support in preparing handover documentation and snag lists.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil/Architecture.
- 6+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably in large‑scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction methods.
- Familiarity with local building codes and international standards.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office tools.
