Senior Architect

Overview

To lead the architectural design, coordination, and supervision activities for projects, ensuring seamless integration of architectural systems with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. The role focuses on architectural design review and site supervision, including curtain wall and façade systems, interior finishing works, and material selection. The candidate should have extensive experience in Revit-based design management to deliver high-quality, well-coordinated, and constructible designs.

• Review and coordinate architectural designs with all engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.)
• Develop and Review curtain wall and façade system design and shop drawing validation.
• Supervise finishing works and material selection in line with project specifications and aesthetics.
• Manage design development using Revit and ensure BIM model coordination.
• Support site supervision team with design clarification and technical advice.
• Ensure all design work aligns with project schedules and company standards.

• Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering.

• Minimum 10 years (including 5 years in façade and finishing works).

• Strong background in finishing materials and detailing.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination.
• Knowledge of architectural specifications and construction practices.
• Attention to detail and design quality.
