Job SummaryAs an obstetrics and gynecology consultant at a leading hospital in Saudi Arabia, your role would involve providing comprehensive care to women at all stages of life. You would be responsible for overseeing pregnancy care, performing gynecological surgeries, and managing reproductive health issues. Your expertise and leadership would contribute to the hospital's commitment to delivering exceptional care to women, while also supporting education, research, and quality improvement initiatives in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
MainDuties and Responsibilities
- Provides high-quality Obstetrics & Gynecology care to patients in this area of medicine.
- Provide consultative service as requested.
- Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.
- Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and Participates in research activities.
- Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
- Performs special procedures as privileged.
- Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
- Completion of required period of training in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- (Arab , Jordanian) Board certification in the relevant medical Obstetrics & Gynecology is typically required or equivalent.
- Membership and/or Fellowship or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required
- A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
- Dataflow is a must.
- Min. 5 years Post Board/Fellowship in Obstetrics & Gynecology
. - A registered member of the Saudi Board Council
- Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
- Positive professional references attesting to the candidate's skills and ethical conduct.
