Procurement Coordinator
Premium Solutions Consultancy is searching for an organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. This position will play a crucial role in managing procurement activities and ensuring efficient supply chain operations for major construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing and implementing procurement plans and strategies.
- Coordinate procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Process purchase orders and monitor inventory levels to support project operations.
- Collaborate with project teams to assess their procurement needs and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to suppliers, materials, or procurement processes.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in a specialty field.
- Experience in sourcing and handling the civil requirements.
- Civil experience is required.
- Experience in the KSA market.
- Knowledge of waterproofing, water stop, wood, timber, rebars, concrete, post-tensioning, MSE walls, expansion joints, earth materials, asphalt, concrete blocks, interlocking, and curbstone.
- Experience with pre-engineered building systems and structural materials.
- Familiarity with civil subcontractor works, particularly in foundations.
- Experience in road construction and paving.
- Experience in playground equipment installation.
- Experience with signboards and gantries.
- Experience with plastic and concrete barriers.
- Experience with wheel stoppers.
- Experience with wooden, metal, and aluminum doors and windows.
- Experience with chain-link fences and gates.
Interview Mod:
Face to Face, starting by end of September.
Working days: 5 days with alternative Saturdays.
Working Hours:
8 hrs.
Salary range:
Basic: 10,700 to 15,150 SAR. Accommodation + transportation allowances + other benefits.
