Senior Site Engineer

Project Preparation Phase

• Edit and modify Drawings and documents to ensure data integrity
• Review / Prepare drawings and documentation as directed by Construction Manager Initiate and execute engineering change process

• Make daily and necessary inspection to insure the project quality.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Manage and develop junior members of the setting out team depending on experience
• Assist the Construction Manager / Site Agents with site records, method statements and permits as appropriate

• Architecture, Civil Engineering graduates is a must.
• 7 to 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years in managing site activities
• Prior experience in a high volume Retail buildings environment strongly preferred
• Wide knowledge with the use of computer
• Skill and experienced usage of 2D,3D CAD software, preferably Solid Works; as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office, Primavera or Microsoft project
• Ability to read ,edit ,modify and understand construction plans
• Good communication skills.
