Key Responsibilities- Manage & coordinate with supervisors and contractors to achieve the schedule and deliverables of all construction tasks executed within the agreed scope of work & specifications.
- Assist with identifying & quantifying variations to the scope of work.
- Carry out regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards & identify non-conformances.
- Inspect & receive client supplied materials & report on usage.
- Work closely with the project team & contractors to ensure completion of works to the required standards & quality.
- Assist in management of interfaces between contractors to minimise delays to the project schedule.
- Ensure contractor compliance with HSEC policies & procedures.
- Apply sound problem solving skills to analyse and evaluate all aspects of the project including constructability, safety, quality and commercial considerations.
Previous technical, practical and leadership experience in the relevant discipline, including experience in construction positions and construction management. Previous trade experience combined with experience in a supervisory role.
