Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Eram Talent, a prominent talent acquisition firm in Saudi Arabia, is on the lookout for a dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and maintenance of mechanical systems across various sectors, primarily focusing on the Oil & Gas industry. You will be tasked with optimizing mechanical performance and supporting maintenance initiatives to ensure smooth operations.

• Mechanical Systems Maintenance:
  • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, valves, and pressure vessels.
  • Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
  • Assist in the analysis of equipment failures and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain maintenance logs and documentation in alignment with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with operation teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal impact on production.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
  • Participate in safety and toolbox meetings to ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices.
• Reporting and Compliance:
  • Prepare maintenance reports highlighting insights and recommendations for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in mechanical maintenance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the Oil & Gas sector or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of rotating and static equipment maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair techniques for mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with applicable industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork capability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
