Safety Engineer

Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is actively seeking a Safety Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a safe working environment across various industries, particularly in Oil & Energy. As part of our independent Talent Acquisition Consultancy, you will be instrumental in sourcing high-potential professionals and delivering excellent recruitment solutions.

• Design and implement effective safety protocols and programs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and comprehensive risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide training to employees and contractors on safety practices and compliance regulations.
• Ensure adherence to safety legislation and industry standards across projects.
• Analyze safety data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain thorough records and documentation related to safety incidents and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety engineering or compliance role.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are highly desirable.
