We are looking for a highly qualified Drilling Foreman to join our operations in Saudi Arabia. As a specialized talent acquisition company, Eram Talent focuses on delivering skilled professionals to the Oil & Energy sector. The Drilling Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and managing drilling operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Experience Level: Minimum 5 years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Management
Certificates: Well Completion Engineering, Well Control, HSE
Responsibilities- Supervise all gas well completion and intervention operations.
- Ensure safety compliance (JSA, H2S protocols, PPE use).
- Manage service contractors and rig crews.
- Oversee equipment, logistics, and materials.
- Monitor real-time well performance; optimize completion efficiency.
- Maintain detailed reports and post-job evaluations.
- Strong knowledge of well control and HSE best practices.
- Experience with coiled tubing, wireline, frac pumps, and sand control.
- Excellent coordination, troubleshooting, and reporting abilities.
- Experience Level: Minimum 5 years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Management
