-AMCDE is seeking a highly motivated, strategic manager to lead engineering delivery across all KSA offshore projects and serve as the technical focal point for clients.

The role involves managing, developing, communicating, and implementing engineering goals, ensuring target chargeability, high quality execution, and compliance with procedures and laws.

• Manages / forecasts engineering resources utilization, staffing levels, and recruitment requirements.
• Evaluates engineering/design staff capabilities, identifying development and training needs.
• Delivers on Engineering Saudization targets.
• Provides oversight on all engineering execution.
• Applies best engineering practices and ensures client and company procedures are followed.
• Serves as key engineering interface with Project Managers and Clients.
• Coordinates with Company Global engineering centers.
• Manages offshore Engineering Department Managers.
• Plans succession.
• Oversees licensed engineering software requirements, budgets, and usage.
• Provides proposal input, review, and presentations.
• Develops technical delivery strategies.
• Estimates engineering and engineering estimation norms.
• Conducts Design and Safety Reviews.
• Leads engineering team leadership and mentorship.
• Implements engineering quality processes, including checking and approval requirements.
• Appraises direct reports regularly.
• Maintains and promotes company values.
• Promotes capturing and implementation of lessons learned on projects.

• Proven experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of offshore oil & gas FEED and detailed design projects (greenfield and brownfield).
• Fabrication/Construction experience beneficial.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco standards beneficial.
