• Lead on‑site technical and operational support in design, development, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance services of Siemens (Innomotics) MV variable frequency drives, LV/MV Motors and systems of a most complex nature.
• Lead most complex site surveys to develop base or installation design plans, including planning, executing and conducting field trials.
• Lead the development of training for other members of the service department and customers to maintain and adjust most complex equipment (MV variable frequency drives, LV/MV Motors) and system.
• Lead the review of retrofit project plans, drawings and installation schematics and provide continual guidance throughout project duration.
• Perform leading‑edge areas of work (R&D, processes, etc.) for the professional field, pre‑empting potential problems and providing effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge or processes.

• Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience in servicing VFDs, Motors.
• Advanced degree may be substituted for experience where applicable.
• Holding a B.S. degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in Siemens MV Drives, Motors, and Switchgear.
• Industry specific training or certification may be required in some areas.
• Business travel required.
