The Substation Automation Junior Engineer will execute Digital Control System (DCS) engineering activities for assigned projects, perform design engineering tasks in line with the Engineering Process, and ensure high‑quality delivery.

What You’ll Do- Execute DCS engineering activities for projects, balancing quality, cost, and time.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to specify and design the project while meeting technical standards.
- Prepare all applicable production documentation for panel integration.
- Support the team during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) preparation, conduct internal validation, and lead customer FAT to ensure successful delivery.
- Demonstrate EHS compliance, implement Zero Deviation Plans, and promote safe work practices.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in substation automation projects.
- Ability to understand and prepare design documents for substation automation projects.
- Experience preparing substation automation configuration and database.
- Willingness to travel across the region (25–30%).
- Knowledge of competitor products is an advantage.
- Good understanding of substation automation communication protocols.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
