* Job requirements:

** The Senior Telecom Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced telecommunications systems for the Fadhili Gas Plant Project. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and strict adherence to Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) to ensure reliable and secure communication infrastructure.
** Qualifications & Skills**

* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* *
* Certifications:

**  + CCNP/CCIE or equivalent preferred.
* *
* Experience:

**  + Minimum 10 years in telecom engineering, with at least 5 years in oil & gas or industrial projects.  + Proven experience with Saudi Aramco projects and standards.
* ** Technical Expertise:**  + Advanced knowledge of fiber optics, IP networking, SCADA integration, and wireless communication.  + Familiarity with telecom security protocols and redundancy systems.
* ** Design & Planning:**  + Develop detailed telecom network designs including fiber optics, structured cabling, microwave links, IP telephony, CCTV, and wireless systems.  + Ensure compliance with SAES, SEC, and international telecom standards.
* ** Installation & Commissioning:**  + Supervise installation and integration of telecom systems.  + Conduct FAT, SAT, and commissioning tests to validate system performance.
* ** Project Leadership:**  + Oversee telecom engineering activities from design through commissioning.  + Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contractors.
