Site Facilities Manager

Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Summery
The role focuses on site management, facilities management, vendor coordination, and HSE compliance, while also providing technical support for workplace layouts and design-related activities.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily site and facilities operations, including safety inspections and maintenance activities
- Coordinate and monitor FM vendors and contractors, ensuring SLA and HSE compliance
- Prepare AutoCAD layouts and test-fits for space planning and office changes
- Support interior fit-out and renovation works, including furniture, finishes, and layouts
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works with site teams
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and local regulations
- Act as the main point of contact for on-site stakeholders and provide regular updates
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Experience with 3D tools (Sketch Up, Revit, 3ds Max) is a plus
- 3–7 years of experience in facilities management and/or site supervision roles
- Strong knowledge of FM operations and vendor coordination
- Good communication and organizational skills
- English required | Arabic preferred
