We are looking for a skilled Dev Ops Engineer to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. EPAM is renowned for delivering cutting-edge technological solutions to transform businesses worldwide.

You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between development and operations teams, ensuring streamlined processes, efficient delivery pipelines and reliable infrastructure. By leveraging automation, CI/CD practices and cloud technologies, you will help maintain stability, scalability and efficiency across the product lifecycle.

• Design, build and manage containerized applications using Open Shift (preferred) or Kubernetes
• Develop and optimize Dockerfiles for application deployments
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins to enable reliable and automated delivery
• Perform Linux system administration tasks to support application environments
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment and integration issues, applying programming knowledge where needed
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth delivery and operational stability of applications
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Dev Ops practices, tools and automation processes

• Minimum 5 years of professional Dev Ops engineering experience required
• Hands-on experience with Open Shift (preferred) or Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining Dockerfiles
• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins
• Good understanding of Linux system administration
• Solid troubleshooting skills with the ability to debug issues across environments
• Programming knowledge in Python and exposure to React (preferred)
• Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
• An academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field

• Previous working experience on large-scale enterprise projects (energy or Oil & Gas sector experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure)
• Knowledge of security best practices for Dev Ops pipelines

The usual working hours for full-time roles at EPAM in Saudi Arabia are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Working hours may vary based on client requirements and flexibility is accommodated whenever possible.

Al Khobar and Riyadh are among EPAM’s operational locations in Saudi Arabia.
