GenAI Specialist

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) and advanced AI frameworks.
• Build and deploy machine learning models for fraud detection and compliance, ensuring scalability and accuracy.
• Optimize AI pipelines for production readiness, including model tuning and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems and workflows.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance evaluations to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, production-grade Python code for AI applications.

• Proven experience with Generative AI technologies and LLM techniques (e.g., RAG, Agents, fine-tuning).
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks for NLP and generative models.
• Hands‑on experience with open-source and commercial LLMs, prompt engineering, and model optimization.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, API frameworks, and containerization tools for scalable deployments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with database technologies and vector search solutions is a plus.
