Insights & Data Business Developer; Eastern Territory Lead

A global technology and consulting organization focused on driving innovation and transformation through data and AI solutions. The company is seeking a Territory Lead – Insights & Data to lead strategic engagements in the Eastern Province, targeting major players in the oil and gas sector.

• Drive business development activities for Data, AI, and Analytics solutions within the oil and gas industry.
• Lead engagements across the full lifecycle, including strategy definition, business case development, and use case shaping.
• Deliver large-scale Data & AI programs from opportunity identification to production rollout.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and demonstrate executive presence.
• Represent the organization in client workshops, executive meetings, and industry forums.
• Collaborate with technology vendors and internal teams to co-create innovative solutions.

• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, and AI domains with strong business development expertise.
• Deep understanding of oil and gas industry dynamics, particularly upstream and midstream operations.
• Proven experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong exposure to IT and OT domains and Industry 4.0 transformation.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms and industrial IoT technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
