Performance Marketer
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. You will not just "manage ads"; you will play a strategic role in aligning marketing efforts with sales goals
. The ideal candidate has proven experience in generating revenue and high ROI through Google Ads, Tik Tok, and Snapchat, alongside solid SEO/SEM skills.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the leadership team to define the overall marketing strategy, ensuring all digital efforts directly support sales targets and business growth.
- Paid Media Execution: Plan, launch, and manage high-budget campaigns primarily on Google Ads, Snapchat, and Tik Tok
. Manage end-to-end operations of these channels. - SEO & SEM Management: Direct SEO efforts to enhance organic rankings while simultaneously managing SEM campaigns to capture high-intent traffic.
- Budget & Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign budgets to lower Cost-Per-Click (CPC) and Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA) while maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) and ROAS.
- Creative
Collaboration:
Work closely with the content production team to provide data-backed briefs. Guide them to produce ad creatives (UGC, Statics, Videos) that meet platform standards and drive conversions. - Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously test and optimize landing pages, forms, and Calls-to-Action (CTAs) to maximize conversion rates across all digital touchpoints.
- Proven Track Record: Must demonstrate previous success in achieving measurable results (Sales/Leads) specifically on Google, Tik Tok, and Snapchat (case studies or numbers requested).
- Technical Expertise: Strong command of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel implementation.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make decisions based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
- SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO best practices.
