We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with strong experience in financial and accounting data analysis and a solid understanding of Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visually compelling dashboards and reports that enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports focused on financial and accounting data.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and EPM teams to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Connect Power BI to various data sources (including Oracle EPM, ERP systems, and financial data models) to create dynamic, interactive reports.
• Implement data modelling, DAX calculations, and advanced Power BI features to optimize performance and usability.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security within Power BI datasets and work spaces.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, and visualizations aligned with business and financial reporting needs.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support management decision-making and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for data validation and governance within Power BI.

• 6–8 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or BI Analyst.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting analytics, and budgeting dashboards.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
• Expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and data modelling best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
