Logistics Specialist

Job responsibilities

• Document Review and Management:
  Check customs declaration documents such as bills of lading, invoices, contracts, etc., to ensure that certificates of origin and other documents are complete.
• Monitor timely completion of customs clearance:
  Ensure that customs clearance is completed within the time required by customs, with no stagnation occurring.
• XFN Coordination:
  Communicate with departments such as the Procurement Headquarters Order Department, and handle relevant matters regarding pick-up and ocean shipping.
• Exception Handling and Optimization:
  Handle issues such as inspection exceptions and document discrepancies, analyze customs clearance efficiency, and propose process optimization suggestions.
• SAP operating system PO, Inbound, and follow GR with WH.
• Managing the SASO required Certificate with HQ team.
• SABER- SASO Processing PC and SC.
• FASAH
  - Saudi customs operating Processing.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors in logistics management, international trade, or related fields.
• Over 2 years of experience in home appliance import and export management.
• Be able to use English as the working language and conduct business negotiations proficiently.
• Proficient in analyzing industry trends, with a keen business sense.
• Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous attitude, and strong execution ability.
• Possesses good logical thinking and communication skills, Data Analysis and resource coordination capabilities, teamwork spirit, and a certain level of stress tolerance.
