Our client is looking for a driven Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist to join their fast‑growing team and ensure their premium sports memorabilia reaches fans around the world quickly, securely, and in perfect condition.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll own the entire logistics and dispatch operation. As they scale, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role, building and leading your own fulfilment team.

• Preparing, processing, and dispatching all customer orders with accuracy, speed, and care
• Maintaining strict quality standards across packaging, presentation, and security
• Coordinating with customer service, sales, and framing teams to quickly resolve issues
• Going above and beyond to ensure urgent orders and high‑volume periods are delivered without delays
• Supporting other departments (framing, goods‑in) when business demands require
• This is not a 9-to-5 role — they move fast, and we need someone who thrives in that environment.

• Proven experience in fulfilment, logistics, or dispatch operations
• A hands‑on, detail‑focused approach with high personal standards
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines
• Willingness to put in early mornings, late finishes, and weekend work when required
