What You’ll Do

As a Portfolio & Structuring Director, you’ll support new business and manage a portfolio of Invoice Finance & Asset Based Lending (ABL) customers. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional client service, maximizing portfolio income, and managing risk effectively.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Structuring and reviewing new client proposals, emphasizing larger and more complex deals.
  • Applying strong credit and industry knowledge to identify risk mitigants within ABL structures.
  • Building trust and a strong reputation for service excellence in the local market.
  • Developing and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Proactively monitoring portfolio risks and conducting regular collateral assessments.
  • Maintaining regular client contact, including on‑site visits.
  • Minimizing client attrition and maximizing fee income through negotiation and pricing.
  • Ensuring compliance with governance and policies.
  • Supporting and mentoring Assistant Relationship Managers.
  • Taking ownership of all risk aspects associated with your portfolio.
