Building Maintenance
Due to a recent restructure within the Property Care team we are seeking an experienced Plasterer. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment duties with a particular focus on delivering high-quality Plastering works. A right first‑time approach and attention to detail are essential to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Responsibilities- Completing Plastering works to a high standard.
- Planning, organising and delivering excellent quality works.
- Working across the Property Care team.
- Achieving excellent customer satisfaction.
- Using a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) or tablet device to record job information.
- Ensuring that works are completed to schedule and to budget expectations.
- Meeting productivity targets showing commercial awareness and aptitude in your approach to work.
- Ensuring that van stocks, materials, plant and equipment are used correctly and safely protected from loss or theft and are maintained in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Participation on an Out of Hours on‑call rota if required.
- Be a level 2 qualified tradesperson with extensive experience.
- Have experience of working within social housing / residential properties.
- Be a skilled communicator who understands the importance of being customer focused.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Be computer literate.
- Be highly organised and capable of planning and prioritising your workload.
