A manufacturing company based in Kidderminster is seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role focuses on high-quality TIG welding, particularly on aluminium components, as well as general fabrication duties. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in metal fabrication, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. • Weld and fabricate aluminium metal components using TIG welding techniques
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine fabrication requirements
• Prepare metal components by cutting, grinding, and fitting parts as per specifications
• Ensure all fabricated parts meet required quality standards
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and fabrication machinery
• Work closely with the team to meet production schedules and deliver high-quality products
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

• Proven experience in welding and fabrication within a manufacturing environment
• Strong TIG welding ability, particularly on aluminium
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Experience operating metal cutting, grinding, and fabrication machinery
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Forklift licence
• Right to work in the UK
