Press-Break Supervisor

My client, an Engineering company based just outside Kidderminster, is looking to recruit a Press-Break Supervisor on a Permanent basis.  

You will mange the Press-Break team on a day-to-day basis ensuring all targets are met.

The main responsibilities associated with the role include

- Lead your team by example
- Insure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
- Ensure all production targets are achieved
- Work closely with colleagues across other departments in relation to all production matters
- Motivate and support team on a daily basis
- Manage all engineering changes with a positive mind-set
- Manage all customer issues in a professional and positive manner

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good IT skills including MS Office and ideally SAGE 200
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Good working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations

The working hours are (Apply online only), Mon-Thurs with an early finish on Fridays
