Basic salary £24,500 negotiable depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus. Long-term career opportunities. Our client is a well-established independent estate agent currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator, preferably with sales progression experience, to join their busy sales team at the Kidderminster branch.

Successful applicants must demonstrate a proven track record in residential property sales, preferably in Kidderminster and surrounding areas, and possess enthusiasm, determination, self-motivation, and commitment to succeed in a challenging fast-paced targeted environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise workloads to meet targets and deadlines, are essential.

• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Liaise with all parties to ensure sales are agreed between vendors and purchasers
• Effectively handle enquiries and queries both over the telephone and in branch
• Carry out effective sales progression ensuring all parties are kept up to date through the sales process to a swift seamless completion
• Communicate with clients at all levels and deliver first class customer service
• Remain compliant following current legislation and company processes at all times
• Always go the extra mile to ensure clients receive a positive experience and all tasks are completed on schedule
