A leading engineering firm in Kidderminster is seeking a Research and Development Engineer for a permanent, full-time role. The position requires expertise in 3D modelling, preferably with Solid Works, and a strong background in mechanical engineering. Responsibilities include taking designs from concept to production, conducting design calculations, and producing accurate technical drawings. A minimum of 2 years' experience in R&D is required, and candidates with knowledge in the Oil & Gas sector will be preferred.
A competitive salary up to £45,250, performance bonuses, and various benefits are offered.
