Business Manager role at Hartwell Automotive Group. Hartwell Oxford BYD/Used Car and Van Centre is seeking a motivated and experienced Showroom/Business Manager to lead showroom operations and enhance the customer experience.

Job Description:

As the Automotive Showroom Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, support sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and uphold the brand image.

• Sales Team Leadership: coaching and support to motivate the team; monitor sales activities, track performance, and provide regular feedback.

  maintain a welcoming and professional showroom atmosphere; address inquiries and concerns promptly; foster positive relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals; implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Inventory Management: maintain up-to-date vehicle inventory; collaborate with management to ensure proper display and pricing; oversee vehicle merchandising and showroom presentation.
• Compliance and Administration: ensure compliance with automotive regulations and dealership policies; manage sales-related administrative tasks including contracts, financing, and warranties.

• Proven experience in automotive sales or showroom management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and products.
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
