Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic components.
Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proven experience in injection moulding or a similar manufacturing role.
Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Relevant qualifications in engineering or manufacturing (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds).
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
