Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to support a team of engineers while remaining hands-on.

This role offers a 70/30 split between engineering work and team/department support and includes involvement in key maintenance and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and coordination for the engineering team.
Contribute to maintenance planning and departmental decision making.
Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance.
Diagnose faults and deliver effective engineering solutions.
Lead mechanical repairs, inspections, overhauls, and equipment changeovers.
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation.

What We're Looking For

Time-served Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
Strong mechanical maintenance and fault-finding skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to support and guide others.
