Salary & Benefits - £35,000 plus £3,000 sign-on bonus + pension + a range of flexible benefits.

Help secure the land that powers the UK

Join our Land & Planning Team and play a key role in delivering energy projects by securing land rights and building strong relationships with landowners and communities.

Whether it’s connections to domestic premises, EV charging, or renewables generation, our role in obtaining the land agreements is vital to allow us to install or upgrade our assets.

• Liaise with teams, external consultants, local authorities, and landowners.
• Help coordinate meetings and prepare reports, presentations, and land acquisition packs.
• Negotiate land agreements for infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Work across urban and rural environments.

• A 2:2 or above in Land Management, Real Estate, Rural Business or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A driving licence (essential for site visits).
• Interest in sustainability and community engagement.

• Fieldwork across diverse UK landscapes.
• Gain hands‑on experience in both strategic and short‑term land acquisition processes.
• Experience in a specialised and growing field.

• Gain hands‑on experience across both our office and site environments. While training is primarily office or site‑based, you’ll enjoy increasing flexibility as you move beyond the programme and into your career.
