Key Responsibilities- Provide high‑level administrative support to Chartered Financial Planners
- Report directly to the Practice Manager
- Process new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products
- Liaise with providers to obtain valuations, policy details, and manage client servicing
- Maintain and update client records using internal CRM systems (Intelliflo Office)
- Prepare documentation for client meetings and ensure timely follow‑up
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
- Support onboarding of new clients using EWS’s paperless systems
- Assist in managing the advisers’ diaries and meeting arrangements
- Must have experience in an IFA or wealth management environment
- Must have experience with IO (Intelliflo Office) and some experience with Genovo, FE Analytics and/or Cash Calc
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong team working ethic
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with FCA compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Some progress towards CII RO qualifications (potential support for further study towards these qualifications if only part achieved)
- Experience in producing high level reports via above platforms
- Paraplanning experience
