Department Supervisor

Ready to take the next step in your Retail career? In this role you will lead the department team to deliver outstanding customer service, supervise and coach staff, and manage day‑to‑day department operations. You will support the store management team, handle key holder responsibilities, and uphold in‑store security and stock loss procedures.

• Experience supervising or leading a small team
• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail or service environment
• Experience providing on‑the‑job training / coaching to others
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Commitment to personal development; technical knowledge in motoring or cycling is welcomed but not essential as training is provided.
