Sales Executive

CPM UK is seeking a spirited Sales Executive to represent drinks giant Diageo and its premium alcohol brands, including Smirnoff Vodka, Gordon's Gin, and Guinness.

Location:

Kilmarnock, United Kingdom (KA3). Territory covers Glasgow, Kilmarnock, Motherwell and surrounding areas. A UK driver's licence is essential.

Salary: £27,500 base + up to £3,000 bonus, company van, and other benefits.

• Field sales visits into convenience retailers promoting the Diageo spirits portfolio.
• Educating retailers on how to increase their alcohol sales through a blended method of face‑to‑face and digital interaction and providing informed recommendations.
• Activating the products in customers' stores using point of sale.
• Negotiating additional shelf space for drinks and displays to increase the visibility of Diageo’s portfolio.
• Reporting back insight and information gained during calls.
• Using people skills to build strong business relationships across convenience retailers.
