Monday – Sunday, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm
Hourly rate: £12.71 per hour (UK Notional)
OverviewWe believe anyone can improve their home to make life better. As a Trade Point Customer Advisor you’ll help deliver a great experience for our Trade Point members by engaging, listening and selling the right products and services.
ResponsibilitiesDeal with all kinds of trade members every day. Take ownership of Trade Point members, get to know their businesses through great conversations, and recommend the right products and services.
Qualifications- Excellent communicator and team worker
- Ability to adapt approach in different situations
- Skill in building relationships with customers and spotting new business opportunities
- Passion for helping trade members gain value through promotions and the trade loyalty scheme
- Willingness to develop skills through training and learning from others
- Flexibility to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays
