Aspris Kilwinning is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to assist with day‑to‑day operations and the management of each child’s care plan.

• Assist with the management of day‑to‑day operations within the residential services.
• Engage in and manage each child’s individual plan, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism.
• Transport young people to external locations (full UK driving licence required).

• SVQ3 qualification in Children and Young People (or equivalent); must be prepared to progress to SVQ4 within the timeframe set by SSSC.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to undergo safeguarding screening, including Disclosure Scotland checks and references covering the last three years.
