Bank Residential Support WorkerAs a Residential Support Worker you will provide emotional support to our young people and help with day‑to‑day activities such as attending education and college, developing independent living skills, and participating in community activities and clubs.
When working weekends you may be off‑site for fun activities such as theme parks, bowling, cinemas or zoos.
Challenges arise as our homes accommodate vulnerable children and young people with autism, learning difficulties, social, emotional, behavioural, neurodiverse and mental health needs. The strong relationships you build will help them overcome difficulties and progress.
