Job Description

Define and validate construction and erection methods for steel structures

Develop method statements, erection sequences, and lifting strategies

Assess constructability considering site constraints, logistics, safety, cost, and schedule

Act as technical interface between engineering, construction, and site teams

Support resolution of site-related technical issues during construction

Integrate safety, quality, and regulatory requirements into construction methods

Identify erection risks and implement mitigation measures

Qualifications

Engineering degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering

5–10 years of experience in site methods or construction engineering

Strong expertise in steel structure erection methodologies

Experience on industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects (asset)

Comfortable working in site-based and regulated environments

Strong coordination and communication skills

Additional Information

Long-term consulting assignment (approx. 360 days)

On-site presence required in Kincardine, Ontario, Canada
