Sales Ledger Clerk

Location: King's Lynn

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)

Berry Recruitment are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Ledger Clerk to manage day-to-day financial tasks for a busy establishment based in King's Lynn.

• Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts
• Prepare and submit VAT returns
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts
  
  Assist with month-end and year-end reports
• Liaise with accountants and support payroll
• Completing company sales ledger tasks

• Preferred AAT Level 2 qualification (minimum)
• Experience in Sales Ledger, Invoicing or similar finance role
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quick Books, Sage)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
