Position: Practice Coordinator (Reception)

Practice Coordinator (Reception) | 9299 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £25,583 to £25,989 per annum | Grade D | Kings Lynn

Overview

We are looking for a highly focused, organised and resourceful Practice Coordinator to work on our Reception Desk and provide administrative support to our team of Social Workers in Family Help and High Needs Teams. This role will be based at Priory House in Kings Lynn, welcoming clients, families, professionals and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, families, professionals and contractors.

• Provide administrative support to social workers and the organization.

• Organise and minute meetings, process invoices and other finance-related tasks, and maintain calendar and filing systems.

• Ensure professional conduct and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Work to tight deadlines and support business success for Childrens Services.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including a good telephone manner
  • Professional conduct and ability to manage sensitive information
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Cultural awareness
  • Excellent keyboard and ICT skills, including Excel, Word, and databases
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience of organising and minuting meetings
