Requirements- Enhanced DBS check (due to the nature of the role)
- Previous experience in site management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the school premises.
- Perform/report minor repairs and odd jobs.
- Manage waste collection and stock levels.
- Ensure grounds are well-kept.
- Handle emergency duties.
