Position: Automotive Panel Technician / Panel Beater, HIRING PEOPLE

Automotive Panel Technician / Panel Beater role based at Kings Lynn branch, Norfolk.

  • Excellent hourly rate with uncapped bonus scheme (Top earners exceed £60K per annum)
  • Standard 47.5 hour week, Monday to Friday 07.30‑17.30 (30‑minute unpaid lunch)

East Bilney Coach works Ltd is an award‑winning, family‑owned accident repair group operating seven specialist centres and employing around 190 people across Norfolk. Investing in training and technology to stay ahead of industry change.

Role Overview – Panel Technician

You must be a fully skilled and qualified automotive panel technician or panel beater with a minimum of five years’ hands‑on experience, delivering work to a very high and consistent standard. Take pride in your finished job and demonstrate competence and efficiency throughout. Work well within an established, successful team. If you are fully skilled with no qualifications, we will discuss progression opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to bodyshop tasks: dent removal, panel repair, body finish
  • Apply correct panel fitment techniques and composite body solutions
  • Use advanced repair tools and methods (laser scanning, auto‑placement systems)
  • Work within team to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
  • Minimum five years’ experience in automotive panel repair or panel beating
  • BS 10125 or equivalent kitemark accreditation
  • Good knowledge of body repair procedures, fitting and composites
