Monday – Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm | Friday 7:00am–2:30pm

Salary: £16.00 – £17.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Our client is a specialist in the design and manufacture of bespoke stainless steel food production equipment, including conveyors, weighers, hoppers, dryers and handling systems. From concept to installation, they deliver high‑quality, hygienic engineering solutions for customers across the UK food and process industries.

They are looking for an experienced TIG Welder Fabricator to join the team at their King’s Lynn workshop. This hands‑on role involves fabricating and welding a range of stainless steel components and assemblies used in food production machinery, working from engineering drawings to create precision‑built, hygienic equipment to the highest standards.

• TIG welding and fabrication of stainless steel equipment and assemblies
• Fabricating food production machinery
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and fabrication schematics
• Measuring, cutting, bending and assembling sheet and box section materials
• Finishing to food‑industry hygiene standards (polishing, dressing welds, etc.)
• Working both independently and as part of a close‑knit fabrication team
• Maintaining workshop safety, cleanliness, and attention to detail at all times

• Proven TIG welding experience in stainless steel fabrication
• Background in food, process or pharmaceutical equipment manufacture preferred
• Strong ability to work from engineering drawings with precision and accuracy
• Skilled in fabrication, layout, marking out, cutting and finishing
• A positive, proactive attitude with pride in producing top‑quality work

• 16.00 – £17.50 per hour (DOE)
• 39‑hour week with early Friday finish
