As a Stock Assistant
, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organised for a seamless shopping experience. From receiving and replenishing deliveries to maintaining accurate inventory levels, you’ll help keep the store running efficiently while upholding high standards of stock presentation, safety, and compliance.

• Operational Excellence: Receive and process deliveries, accept incoming shipments, check accuracy, and ensure products are stocked and stored to maintain inventory integrity; replenish stock and maintain store presentation; regular housekeeping and cleanliness of store areas.
• Customer Engagement: Build connections with customers, understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, address inquiries promptly and professionally, and represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm.
• Sales & Performance: Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets; support management in identifying growth opportunities.
