With great earning potential and the opportunity to work within a fast paced, exciting and inspiring environment we are looking for a minimum of Level 3 qualified Personal Trainers (or CIMPSA Practioner certified) to work within our Everlast Gyms to continue to help our members find their ‘Greatness from within’.

• Design and deliver bespoke fitness programmes tailored to individual client needs and goals
• Conduct one‑on‑one and small group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique
• Perform fitness assessments and track clients' progress, adjusting programmes as necessary
• Provide expert advice on exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications
• Lead a variety of group fitness classes and workshops to engage and motivate members
• Participate in member onboarding programmes to build relationships with potential clients
• Maintain a safe and clean exercise environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest fitness trends, research, and best practices
• Promote and sell personal training services to gym members
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and supportive gym atmosphere

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (essential)
• CIMSPA membership certificate 'Practitioner' Level
• Public Liability Insurance (£2m cover or more)
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to create and implement personalised fitness programmes
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Enthusiasm for fitness and a passion for helping others achieve their goals
• Strong motivational and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Experience in leading group fitness classes (desirable)
• Proficiency in using fitness‑tracking software and technology (desirable)
