We are looking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Residential Property team in Kingsbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with conveyancing experience who is keen to develop their career within a supportive and well-established firm.

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters under supervision
• Assisting with sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Drafting contracts, title reports and standard conveyancing documentation
• Ordering and reviewing searches and raising enquiries
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Maintaining files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Supporting fee earners with general conveyancing and administrative tasks

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
• Paralegal experience preferred, but strong conveyancing assistants will be considered
• Good knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
• A proactive and client-focused approach
