Regional Business Manager - South

Overview

Regional Business Manager for the Southern Territory. You will be responsible for some of the fastest growing brands in the industry:
Benelli, Keeway, SYM, VOGE, Lambretta, Morbidelli. Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you will be a key member of the sales and marketing team. You will develop close working partnerships with our dealer network to ensure they maximise performance whilst delivering the very best in customer service. A business‑focused approach to dealer relationships, reporting, coaching and monitoring the performance of all aspects of each dealership and the region as a whole is essential.

Passionate and enthusiastic about motorcycles, you will want to be part of a team that works in partnership with our dealers.

• Develop close working partnerships with the dealer network to maximise performance and deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor and report on the performance of each dealership and of the region as a whole.
• Coach dealers and support improvement in sales, marketing and service levels.
• Visit existing and prospective dealers within the Southern Territory to drive growth and relationships.
• Collaborate with the UK Sales Manager and the sales and marketing team to align strategies.

• Experience in sales and marketing in a dealer distribution environment.
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a solid understanding of retailing in the motorcycle industry.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative.
• Willingness and ability to travel to visit existing and new prospect dealers within the territory.
• Strong organisational, PC and social media skills.
• Experience in a similar role within the motorcycle/automotive industries is advantageous.
